One monarch was seen each on successive days in Dalton (March 29/30), and one more yesterday in Calhoun (April 5), and, although recognizable as Monarchs, all specimens were clearly travel-faded. Dalton is in the very NW corner of the state, Calhoun is 25 miles to the south.
