I was coming into the side entrance of Seltzer Elementary School, about 12:50 pm when I saw an adult Monarch fly up the wall and over the roof. The temperature was about 60 degrees, light wind. Although I only got a glance, he (she?) appeared to be brightly colored and not tattered.
