In a period of about a week from the beginning of first bloom, 0n 4/8/00, there has been a succession of various types of tulips into bloom. Some are large standard types and some appear to be closer to species types of tulips. The general blooming seems to be at it's peak now on 4/16/00 but the majority of my tulips are planted on a southern exposure and this could account for peak bloom.
