THis student and another student at a different location had both sighted one monarch each on this date.(4/15/00) When our class plotted the April 19 report on April 20, I did not know that any of my students had seen monarchs. The entire class was on a walking tour of Annapolis , MD on 4/19 , and not one monarch was seen in Annapolis, MD. The monarchs are not at all plentiful yet in our area. I have asclepias tuberosa up in my garden at home. No monarchs yet at school.
