Arrived at Lake Sara near Effingham for a week of birdwatching and fishing (catch and release) at 4 PM, and by 5 PM had spotted first male Baltimore (Eastern) Oriole of the century! Spotted same male daily 'till May 5 and watched him defend his territory. Listening to him each morning was inspiring!
