Our tulips emerged at the end of March. Then the weather turned cold, snowy and frosty. This week the temperature has been in the 80's and on Wednesday, May 3, 2000, our Red Emperor tulips finally bloomed!!! We love how red our tulips are and saw a bee in one of them!
