This is your Eastern Ontario monarch watch-er and Journey North reporter... and I am reporting the first monarch has arrived
in Madoc and was spotted sipping nectar at the IGA garden centre Saturday, June 3 at lunch time! Yahoo!!!It looked like a rather new monarch, with bright orange wings. Our milkweed is about 20 cm tall.
