The first grade "Butterfly Bunch" at Stiles Point Elementary has been observing butterfly and caterpillar activity for the last 2 weeks. This is part of a year-long project to track the monarchs migration to Mexico. We have a butterfly garden at our school; however, we plan to plant another butterfly garden on our side of the school. We are researching the types of plants needed, and we will begin raising the money soon. In the mean time, we are truly enjoying and learning from the original garden. We'll update you when we plant our new garden.
