Stunning surprise! One of my Kindergarten students went outside Saturday afternoon and saw a caterpillar. He called his Momout to see it. they went in the house and two hours later they had a chrysallis. She called me Saturday night and asked if we wanted it. It is safely in our room. We hope it will hatch in time to get out of here. Our cold weather comes in late October. We are at 5,600 ft elevation. We sent our paper butterflies to Mexico and we got a real "gift" back already!!!
