Monarch PEAK Migration

Date: 10/03/2000

Number: 1

Today the numbers of Monarchs have slowed down somewhat. I only saw about 10-12 or so. The Monarchs were still actively flying south late in the afternoon. 2 on the Monarchs had found places on the Morning Glory leaves and were resting in the shade. I don't know if they were preparing to rest the nightime. The weather here is still very hot in the 90's.
