Monarch PEAK Migration

Date: 10/11/2000

Number: 1

Monarchs meandered their way through Austin, Texas, all day yesterday, 10/10/00, and most of this morning. Some travel alone, some in pairs, some in groups... they all look as though they could be on their way to a dinner party. I imagine the hum of casual conversation as they stroll along.

Skies are overcast, and we're having temps in the 50s and 60s with a mild NE wind. The Monarchs are a magical addition to the scenery! Thanks for letting me share.
