Monarch PEAK Migration

Date: 10/15/2000

Number: 1

Monarch Butterflies are a rare sight here in the suburbs except for at this time of year - I have seen 50 - 100 monarchs in my own backyard within the last week among other local species feeding off the flowers. I have many different varities of plants, however the Monarch is feeding more on the PorterWeed and Ixora. They are used to me and allow me to be close-up to them within touching distance.
