This year we decided to plant our tulip bulbs in our adopted grandmother's front yard. She lives right across the street from the school.We will be able to visit the site easily and can even see her yard from our classroom window. Her yard gets more sunlight than the front of the school, where we planted our bulbs last year.The air temperature at the site was 12 degrees celsius today. The air temperature at last year's site was 7 degrees celsius. It will be interesting to see which tulips bloom first in the spring, this year's or last year's.
