Team 4 students ( 10-12) at Weber School worked with their Team 2 (7-9) buddies to plant tulips for Journey North on October 27th. We drew pictures of our bulbs as they looked and as we predicted they would look in the spring. We also discovered ways to measure the bulbs, weigh the bulbs, and predict whether the size of the flower would depend on the size of the bulb. We estimated the date that they would begin to grow next spring. We held off planting until 10/27 because it has been very warm here- in the 70's which is not our normal temperatures for late October. Mrs. Kurtz's class
