We were delayed in our planting this year. It was about 35 degrees when we planted. It will be interesting to see if the bulbs grow when they were planted so late. We have some bulbs left over and are going to experiment and try to grow them inside, with some different variables, such as depth of planting, and chlorinated vs non chlorinated water. The kids were very excited to be planting, even though it was cold and windy.
