We planted about 500 tulips (yes, 5 HUNDRED TULIPS!!) in the back of our school on Oct. 19th and 20th. Just about every student in our school (Riverview School, K-5) planted a bulb. None of the tulips are blooming (yet) because it's too cold for them to bloom. We are digging trenches and putting bricks in the trenches around the garden. We hope our tulips survive the cold weather and will bloom nicely in the spring.
