My 4th graders and Mrs. Locke's 2nd graders worked together to complete the final tulip planting on Tuesday, November 21, 2000.

The other two groups finished their plantings on Nov 16 & 17. We had an incredible change in weather. Over the weekend the temperatures dropped below freezing. We had to dig through semi-frozen earth to plant our bulbs. A very cold wind made the job even more difficult.

We planted the bulbs the best we could. We'll see how they made it through the winter next spring. Good luck!!!
