Tulips PLANTED

Date: 01/12/2001

Number: 1

At 11:30 Mr Moon and his 20 third graders each planted a red emperor tulip buld in our garden at the sane location as the other 4 third grade classes. Donnie did an excellant job of puttting fertilizer in each hole. We took turns in alphabetical order using the two bulb planters. The students were very determined and dug good deep holes. It was sunny and warm as we planted. When we finished the boys and girls went around the school to recess on the field. In the afternoon we had our Dr. King celebration. This is the latest we have ever planted.
