I saw my first post New Year robins about Jan. 20. We had a terrible ice storm here over Christmas. It took a lot of thawing and warming up before robins appeared again. They fluctuate with the temperatures. I've noticed they move farther south when the weather is bad here. They head back when it warms up again. For quite a few winters we've had a huge robin roost here in Ft. Smith. We can see thousands flying over in the evenings. I haven't seen that this year. Too severe!!
