Today I saw large numbers (approximately 200+) robins on Roanoke Island, NC and just inland of Roanoke Island in the Alligator River NWR. This is a common winter site here (if you are not already familiar with it). The robins are vocalizing continuously with call notes as they eat various berries. They are not using their full chorus at this time of year.
