mid afternoon--a pair(male-female--near top of 30' tree eyeing up a holly bush full of red berrys. swooped down to holly but rejected berrys and flew off. they were chirping in tree but not singing. a third single species(unkown) were with them but not singing/chirping and left after seeing rejection of holly. wx was temps in hi 20's with a rather brisk wind--no precip.
