The past two days I've been doing some field work at McClellanville, SC
(approx. 25 mi. north of Charleston.) Robins were constantly foraging about
the property I was on. About 5:30 this p.m. while driving back home, I
observed a flock of approx. 100 robins foraging on the shoulder of US Hwy
17. I'd say these guys are migrants headed north.
