Robin (WAVE seen)

Date: 02/01/2001

Number: 1

There has been a large flock of robins overwintering in Durham NH. I don't have any accurate counts but probably 50-75. These birds stayed in one area of fields and woods that has many berries into late January. Then they moved to a suburban part of town. I have not looked for them since our recent big snow. Through all this time they have usually been feeding together with up to 125 cedar waxwings.
