I live on a whitetail hunting preserve in northern Michigan and during the month of January we lost a number of deer. We spotted five bald eagles in one of the fields at one time (they feed on the deer). Three were young and spotted; two were mature. We saw them several times over a number of days (1-2 weeks). I would have submitted this earlier if I had known about the website - we did report it to the DNR.
