The robin flocks
were seen by a lot of people and caused a lot of discussion this winter.

Last week people were observing a different behavior in our robins.
Flocks seem to be breaking up. I have a single male in my backyard and
he is very terriortial to his yard. He won't let any other robin in the
yard. I am feeding him dried blueberries but he is not starving - very
fat and well.
So for the first time since I have been watching birds and keeping
records I have had a robin for my backyard bird count.
I have enjoyed sharing my observations with you.
