Subject: Killdeer- Jack Miner Bird Sanctuary

Ontbirders,

Today Febuary 9th at 4:15pm there was a single Killdeer at Jack Miner bird
Sanctuary,it was in the front field with Canada geese,Mallards and Black
Ducks. I believe this is definitely a migrant and not a over wintering bird.
Hope for all you birders still looking at a white landscape.

Earlier this week at Hillman Marsh(located 5km north of Point Pelee) there
was and still is a A.Wigeon and two Gadwall.At the opening to the lake.
