Robin (First HEARD singing)

Date: 02/25/2001

Number: 1

Well, yesterday in fact, Feb. 25, there was a gorgeous male
singing his heart out while sitting under a large spruce tree in my yard.
This was the only location in the entire yard where there is currently no
snow cover. I took some cranberries and raisins and red wigglers from my
vermi-composter out and left them under the tree at one point when he
appeared to have left. Shortly after, while watching for him from my living
room window, he quickly appeared and started pigging out on the red wiggler
worms!
I'm located in Port Perry, Ontario, about 30 miles north of Lake Ontario.
