The robins have been with us through most of the hard winter here on MDI.
During the first 1/3rd of winter we were seeing flocks of around 100 on a
regular basis and many smaller flocks as well, 10-20 birds through the
winter. It has been a very unique winter in part due to persistent snow and
near arctic temperatures.
