Robin (OTHER Observations)

Date: 03/06/2001

Number: 1

Just a quick note to say: still no Robins. The weather,
while mild by comparison to much of our winter, is mostly
below normal and snow continues to cover most of the ground.
(The reason that it feels so much better is that the fierce
wind patterns of the past 1-2 months have subsided; still we
average ca. 10 degrees below normal each day and there is no
end to this pattern in sight.)

Robins are usually starting to come back by now - but not
this year. I'll keep you posted.
