I have been reading some comments concerning the first Robin sightings. Areas south from my location and adjacent to my location have reported their first sightings and this has me puzzled. I see Robins throughout the winter on most days except during freezing temps. Anytime the ground thaws they are present. Does this mean that they really like it here and have all they need or what? I saw a large group on 2/15, and the temperatures were in the 40's and 50's.
