Robin (First SEEN)

Date: 03/11/2001

Number: 1

All the snow and ice are gone from the area and while the temperature still drops below freezing at night the daytime highs are well above freezing. Yesterday and today, however, we have a fairly brisk wind which makes the temperature feel cool. So far, there is only a very occasional robin to be seen. They usually show up in our area by this time, with robins becoming common by the third week of March.
