Was in Harlan this morning and saw my first robin of spring. I
live on an acreage south of town and have not seen any in the country,
hopefully they won't be in a big hurry to show up. A few years back an
April storm had a terrible effect on robins and killdeer. Harlan is in
SW Iowa about 50 miles east of Omaha Nb. We still have alot of snow and
ice----a very tough winter for the birds.
