I saw a robin in January. It'll probably make it, too. Every year at this
time, despite the fact that there is always snow and the temperatures stay
cold through April, we start seeing bugs. For instance, there are these
little brown moths that start appearing. I was on a mountain bike ride (we
ride on the snow up here) the other day and we kept running into
mosquitoes. I suspect any robin that made it this far is eating those
bugs, eh?
