We tapped five maple trees at noon on Saturday and by 6:00 p.m. we had a two gallon pail of sap. We boiled it down to about a 1/2 half cup.
We baked a large pancake Sunday a.m., divided it like a pie and each of us had a piece with our own fresh PURE MAPLE SYRUP. YUMMMMMY!
