American Robins were a real problem here this year. I live
next to the Montana State Nursery in Missoula. We had
Robins on December 31st and Jan 1st of this year, not just
1, but a flock of well over 100. The numbers have risen
and fallen, but it's been real difficult to tell who were
new arrivals and who were part of the wintering flock.
As of roughly 2 weeks ago, American Robins had taken up
territories in our yard and the 2 pair are defending their
halves.
