Robin (First HEARD singing)

Date: 04/01/2001

Number: 1

In the fall we often have a great invasion from robins from the north, and many stay around feeding on Mountain Ash, unpicked fruit in orchards, holly berries, rose hips and crab apples. We often see them travelling with Cedar and/or Bohemian Waxwings. I heard one actually singing its cheer-up, cheer-up song about a week ago now.
