Twenty five students in Mrs. Houston's grade 4 class took a
wonderful walk to our North Liberty Elementary School Outdoor
Lab to check on the growth of our tulips. They had emerged.
We put new potting soil around them and mulch to protect them.
The children were really pleased with how it enhanced the look
of our outdoor lab. We're a little fearful of the rabbits eating the tulips like they did last year. From the Hoosier state.
