A bright sunny afternoon and low and behold my first female adult Monarch. She looked pretty tattered and pale but she was hunting milkweed for sure. The antelope-horn milkweed is only about 3 inches high. Sure hope she lays some eggs. We except sunny days tomorrow and the next day, so hopefully we will see more.
