I am observing Harbor seals in a bay near our home (have been for 11 years). The haul out (rocks used by seals) is used primarily during the summer when as many as 100 seals sun themselves on them. During the winter there are no seals in the bay. Today I saw one. They are beginning to come back to have their pups.
