I was driving to Sequim, Wa. from Loon Lake, Wa., on Mar, 31st.; and saw, as I crossed the Hood Canal Bridge, a common Loon in breeding plummage. It could possibly be a spring migrant or still in it's winter range, as many loons winter over in that area along the Pueget Sound and the San Juan Islands.
