Robin (OTHER Observations)

Date: 04/11/2001

Number: 1

We still have well over a foot of snow EVERYWHERE
here where I live in Jaffrey, so the poor robins are scrounging for berries and grain still--no place to get earthworms.

Tree swallows have come though and phoebes and a song sparrow (which I have not heard sing), so spring will happen. The weather people say it's the deepest snowpack ever in weather history in this region.
