First heard the song at 6:15 am this morning. Saw the first common loon at 6:30 am. Has it's summer plumage. Later on saw 2 more about 8 am. Diving and eating normally. Cloudy and overcast this morning, light rain overnight. Ice is not completely off the lake yet, but there is a good portion of it gone. A good sunny day with warm temps and a good wind should take care of it. Yippe! They're back!
