The week before our Spring Break we had just about given up on ever seeing our tulips emerge. Returning from Break this morning I see that we have about half of the number planted up about three inches. We planted very late due to the early onset of our winter snow this year. Winter did not exit Rochester, NY until March 31 this year. The tulips we planted last year are blooming!
