All Other Signs of Spring

Monarchs are streaming through Carlsbad and Encinitas today like blowing snowflakes. We first noticed them when we woke up this morning, and they continue to migrate through this coastal town as of 1pm.

Interestingly, the birds in the area seemed increasingly active yesterday. A California Roadrunner was spotted in our backyard yesterday for the first time ever (after 4 years).

Good luck Monarchs.
