Our email address has changed but our backyard habitat is still here. In fact we became an official WWF Certified Backyard Habitat last year with the addition of a pond.

I know the hummers are here by now but I never see any until later in the spring. We have 3 feeding stations for them and this year I tied bright red ribbons on them to get the attention of those migrating hummers but to no avail. Still hummerless!

However, we have had a Great blue Heron and a pair of Mallards in the past few weeks. The Chickadees have built a nest in the Bluebird house again this year! They are such sweet little birds.
