I saw my first Monarch yesterday afternoon at 2:00. It was a male in very good shape. He stopped to nectar on heliotrope...plants in flower I just put out in the garden! We had very bad storms last night but the sun is coming out now (10:00 a.m.) and I'll let you know if he returns or I see more.
