We have our pond up and running and it is attracting many, many birds. Some types have appeared this year that we never have seen before in this location: red breasted grosbeaks, goldfinches, bluebirds, and an American redstart. We have also planted a few patches of milkweed so that we will attract even more Monarchs than before. It's very exciting to unpave the way for wildlife!
