This is the first reliable city of Madison Monarch sighting. The report came to me from Dave Fallow, a local naturalist extraordinaire. He saw 4 adult Monarchs at midday on May 16th at the local sewage treatment plant (don't laugh, it's a great place to see wildlife). Keep up the good work! Kathy Miner
