I finally saw a monarch in our back yard yesterday.....May 19...it was a
beautiful adult.
My location is Royal Oak, MI.....12 miles north of Detroit.

We had many types of butterflies in our yard but this one was outstanding.
My plants evidently are emitting some 'sweets' for them...
