Monarch Larva (FIRST sighted)

Date: 05/28/2001

Number: 1

Yesterday I reported bringing 19 eggs back to school (See JN post on Mequon - May 27th --- FIRST EGGS). Today 5 larva have emerged and are eating well on leaves from our school's milkweed cache which is now about 2 - 3 feet tall -- so the grandchildren have indeed returned. The kids will get to see them tomorrow as school wasn't in session today -- Happy Memorial Day.
